All orders are processed within **2–5 business days**.  
During high-demand periods or product drops, processing may take up to **7 business days**.

*Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.*

 **Shipping Methods & Delivery Times**

We offer **standard shipping** through trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx):

- **Domestic (U.S.):** 3–5business days  
- **International:** 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

 **International Orders**

We proudly ship worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any **customs fees, import duties, or taxes** imposed by their country. These are **not included** in the purchase price or shipping costs.

**Incorrect Addresses**

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.  
**We are not responsible** for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are **not responsible for lost or stolen packages**.  
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
